Concept: To create a website that would represent the recipients of The Medal of Honor in a respectful and professional manor.

Description: The original website was designed with dark shades of gray, which was required by the client. Because of this, the website did not capture the desired look. In addition, the website looked very dark and somewhat gloomy. A second design was created, without the supervision of the client. The idea was to see how much of an impact the site would have, if it were designed in a completely different layout and with lighter colors to bring out the feature in the black and white photographs.
